BMW E36 Rear Firewall Panel (half cut rear window)
Designed and manufactured in-house, our BMW E36 rear firewall panel provides a strong, professional solution for sealing the cabin from the rear section of the vehicle. Ideal for drift cars, track builds, and race applications, this panel improves both safety and interior finish.
Developed using 3D scanning and CAD design, the panel is precision-cut to suit the E36 chassis, ensuring accurate fitment while remaining simple and DIY-friendly to install.
Manufactured from 1.2mm and 3mm CR4 steel, this firewall panel provides a clean easy to finish to weld and paint.
As well as acting as a rear bulkhead/firewall barrier between the cabin and fuel system, it also delivers a clean, professional interior look—perfect for stripped or competition builds.

Fitment:
- BMW E36 ( minor trimming may be required depending on setup)
- Rear quarter window latch can be retailed with light trimming
Installation Notes:
Panel is designed in x4 components left side, right side, bottom centre and top centre.
Left side, Right side and Bottom centre panels are designed to be tack welded in place while the top centre panel can be rivited or bolted in place for easy removal.
Some trimming or adjustment may be required depending on roll cage, fuel system, or previous modifications.
